NGQELENI – Khiwas Media Foundation a prominent organization known for its charitable efforts is gearing up for its fourth sports tournament scheduled to take place on September 23-24, 2023 at Ngqeleni, kwaNomcamba. This highly anticipated event not only promises a thrilling display of athletic prowess but also aims to make a positive impact on the community.
Khiwas Media Foundation has been actively involved in various philanthropic initiatives including donating school shoes, uniforms, clothes and other essential items to women in need. The foundation recognizes the importance of supporting the underprivileged and is dedicated to improving their quality of life. Bulelani Mancotywa founder of Khiwas Media said,”the whole inspiration behind this sports tournament is to help the underprivileged and take the kids off the streets give them something to look forward to. Not forgetting that I also come from underprivileged background so I had to start at home and help where I can because I have been where they are,” Said Mancotywa.
Through this sports tournament, Khiwas Media Foundation aims to give back to the community of Ngqeleni by raising funds and awareness for their charitable endeavors. The tournament will bring together athletes from different backgrounds, fostering a spirit of camaraderie and healthy competition.

National Minister of Department of Sports Zizi Kodwa, Minister of Small Businesses Stella Ndabeni-Abrahams and OR Tambo District Municipality Executive Mayor Cllr. Melusi Ngqondwana to name few are expected to attend the tournament.
