BHISHO – As Premier Lubabalo Oscar Mabuyane goes out for an official trip to Egypt and Tunisia, the MEC for the Eastern Cape Department of Human Settlements, Honourable Siphokazi Mani-Lusithi has been appointed as the acting Premier of Eastern Cape, 08 September 2023.
Premier Lubabalo Mabuyane was invited by the Gorvenors of the Gorvenorate of Gabes and the Governorate of Medenine of which he will leave on 09 September 2023 to return on 21st September 2023.
As part of the trip, Mabuyane is expected to Egypt for engagements with investors of the aquaculture industry as well as benchmarking for the Eastern Seaboard and the development of mutual relations with these territories.
Henceforth, Honourable Siphokazi Mani-Lusithi will be acting Premier on his behalf
